Mental Health Coach/Licensed School Counselor
Hello! I am Vinita Fitzgibbon
My goal as a mental health coach is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. I support individuals in developing emotional awareness, resilience, and practical coping skills so they can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in their everyday lives. Through authentic connection, challenging conversations, and gentle accountability, I aim to help clients uncover their strengths and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals navigate transitions, work through relational difficulties, and find hope when life feels overwhelming. I believe in the power of connection and will walk with you as you grow into the most authentic version of yourself.

Mental Health Coach

My Approach
Mindfulness practices are woven throughout my coaching to help clients build present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and develop effective coping strategies. In addition, I use strengths-based coaching to help individuals recognize their abilities, build confidence, and create sustainable change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on empowering clients with tools they can use beyond our sessions.
When desired, I integrate faith-based principles into coaching by incorporating spiritual reflection, values-based goal setting, and encouragement grounded in hope and purpose. I believe faith can be a powerful source of strength, healing, and resilience, and I strive to create a safe, respectful space where individuals can explore how their beliefs support emotional well-being and personal growth. Faith-based elements are always client-led and used to complement—not replace—evidence-based mental health practices.
Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking and baking, exploring self-care practices, and continuing to learn new ways to support overall well-being. I believe caring for ourselves—mind, body, and spirit—is an essential part of growth and healing.
