I am passionate about helping people navigate and overcome challenges such as stress, depression, and anxiety, as well as relationship difficulties. I believe every person is worthy of connection and is capable of self-discovery and growth.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through stress, anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and relational challenges. I also have a deep desire to support adoptees and foster youth as they navigate questions of identity, belonging, and connection.
I believe that every person is worthy of love, understanding, and meaningful relationships, and that growth is possible in every season of life.
